"2000 Nissan Pulsar: Leaking Coolant Problems After Replacing The Radiator"

2000 Nissan Pulsar Front View

My 2000 Nissan Pulsar was overheating and leaking coolant so I had the radiator and head gasket replaced. But the coolant still seems to be leaking (though I can’t see where) and the overflow tank drops about 2cm each day. Any ideas what it could be? I’m pretty sure my mechanic has put on a new radiator cap as well. Any ideas?

Answer: Take it back to “your mechanic” and get him to fix it simple. What may have happened is your mechanic has not refilled the system correctly and has left air pockets in which will work their way through, but it needs to be filled in sequence to eliminate them all.
