"2003 Nissan Pathfinder: Radiator Water Circulate Problems"

Black 2003 Nissan Pathfinder Left Side View

I needed to remove the radiator on my Nissan Pathfinder 2003 American model in order to fix the Air Conditioning system. Upon coupling the AC and the radiator back, the water in the radiator is no longer circulating, thereby causing overheating of the engine. What do i need to do to make the radiator water circulate?

Answer: You need to turn on the heater and add water coolant mixture until you get all the air out of the engine you will need to add coolant slowly and it might take several start up warm up and cool down cycles driving the front up ramps also helps make the radiator cap higher. Allow the truck to cool before removing the radiator cap. Professionals use a vacuum air lift device to get all the air out and refill quickly.
