I have an 1998 Subaru Impreza Outback. My windshield wipers tend to “slam” down when they are on. What’s wrong?
Answer: Either the
motor or the wiper linkage and or the linkage grommets are bad. Try to
pull the cover and inspect their operation while they are running.
