My 99 Volkswagen Passat has an oil leaks issue. I was told one time that some kind of valve was stuck and it would leak more in the winter. Any suggestion?
Answer: Try to call Volkswagen maintenance service and ask about Technical Service Bulletins on oil leaks problems, just like what happened on your 1999 VW Passat. You may get it fixed for free
