| 2005 Mazda Tribute Dashboard |
I am going to the drive in in my 2005 Mazda Tribute. I want to leave the rear hatch open so we can watch the movie. The light stay on and I can not find a switch or anything to turn them off. I want to turn them off when the door is open so that I can watch the movie and my battery in my car will not die. Thanks so much for any help.
Answer: Switch is either in the latch mechanism or it’s a magnetic switch. Option would be to temporarily remove the bulbs or pull the fuse that protects the interior lights.
