Black 1992 Lexus LS400 Left View |
I have a 1992 Lexus LS400 and I’ve been getting lots of white smoke out of the exhaust when I start the car. My mechanic told me that it’s a head gasket problem. Is this serious and expensive to have fixed? I’m quite enough retired and can’t afford much. Please, I need your advice here.
Answer: I think it would cost more than $1,000 to fix a head gasket on your Lexus
LS400, look at your oil in the engine and if it looks milky colored and
if you have been losing antifreeze and wondering where it’s going you
have a bad head gasket or intake gasket.
