Recently I own an 1996 Land Rover Range Rover 4.0 HSE. And now th car keeps over heating, so I need to remove the thermostat to prevent that. Can anyone help me where can I find the thermostat?

I recently bought a 2002 Land Rover Freelander. When I got it, I knew that the CD player had problems (security feature for Land Rover), so I took to get a Land Rover fixed. Unfortunately, they said I must replace the CD player. So I went ahead and install the old CD player in my car again, and now I have a problem…. everything works fine, but when I turn off the car, the cd players looses at its memory. As presets and audio levels, it works well when the engine is running, but would like to keep the same specifications. I checked all the cables and I think we did well, but I do not know what else to do …. someone please help!

I drive an 1996 Land Rover Discovery, and starting today the front windshield wipers remain on the intermittent setting even when they’re turned off. All the rest of the functions are fine (even intermittent), I just can’t get them to shut off. Any idea on whether the problem is with the motor, the electrical or something else? I’m mechanically capable and have a repair manual, so I can handle repairs.

I’m trying to replace the rusty old windscreen wiper arms and blades on my 1990 Land Rover Defender 300tdi. I’ve managed to removed the old ones marking where the arms were with masking tape like the Haynes manual says, but I’m having trouble fitting the new arms and blades. I have made sure the spindle is clean and wire brushed of as much of the dust and dirt on it as I can, as well as putting a little oil on it and the spindle socket on the new arm. However I seem only to be able to get the arm on halfway before it grinds to a halt. Also on one of the spindles the shaft seem to be loose I can freely pull it forward about 1.5cm, whereas the other shaft is solid, anyone know how to fix this as I cant find any info on it in my Haynes manual. Any advice on re-fitting new wiper arms would be much appreciated.
