I have problems with my 2002 Chevrolet
Cavalier. Each time I accelerate, no matter whether little or great, I
hear a knocking noise which sounds like it is coming from underneath the rear of the car. Does anyone have any ideas on what this may be?
Answer: You may have a
motor mount failure. You may have a suspension component worn out. Have a
physical inspection of your undercarriage before driving further in case there is a safety issue present.
