Does 2002 Hyundai Elantra’s have anti-lock braking systems (ABS)? Thank you.
Answer: Many did,
probably most. Some did not though. As logical as it would seem to make
ABS standard, it is not required by law to have ABS on a vehicle, and
therefore, some Elantra were made without it. Easy way to tell is to
look at the dash when the key is turned to the “On” position. If the
vehicle has ABS, there will be a light that lights up. It’s amber
colored and it says ABS.
