"Radiator Coolant Type On 2000 KIA Sephia"

2000 KIA Sephia Engine

I own a 2000 Kia Sephia and please someone help me here, it would greatly be appreciated. What type of Radiator Coolant does this particular model take? and how much? Thank you all!

Answer: What color is it? More on that later but first how much. Raise the hood and look for a plastic bottle or jug near the radiator,there should be two lines on it one will say fluid low and the other high. now take off the radiator cap and see if the fluid is to the top.Now is a good time to see what color it is.Now you go the auto parts store and tell them you need some (this is where you say what color is in your radiator) They will know what kind to give you and remember this some different colors are interchangeable Okay so now we go home and raise the hood and look at the plastic jug again,now where is the fluid level in the jug .near the top or bottom mark if near the top you are in good shape but if near the bottom we need to add anti-freeze and this might be a good time to say DO NOT REMOVE RADIATOR CAP FROM RADIATOR WHEN RADIATOR IS HOT. Well now that’s out of the way lets put some fluid in the jug.
Anti-freeze comes in a full mix or a 50/50 mix,if you got the 50/50 mix just pour it into the jug up to the full mark and you are done,but if you got the full mix we need to make a 50/50 solution. The best way is just pour some anti-freeze into a glass jar about half way and fill the jar with water and pour this into the jug to the full mark.
