| 1997 BMW 318 Tds Rear Right View |
I need to change the gearbox oil on my 1997 BMW 318 Tds(m41 engine).
According to the owners manual the specified oil is denoted by a sticker
on the gear box casing, but mine appears to be missing.
Would appreciate any info on the recommended oil for this model as most
main dealers I have contacted all seem a bit vague on the matter.
Answer: You can fill with ATF this helps fuel economy
and is suitable for all manual transmissions get better gear changes
from cold too. Hope this help
