When there is no water in the radiator so the radiator has no water,
the screen of the car must show the light but in my 1999 Peugeot 206
this thing doesn’t happens. Is this a problem?
Answer: That would be the symbol of a ”hitch-hiking thumb” cause it is time for you to walk. Your car is in trouble long before there is no water in the radiator. When the radiator is only 3/4 full, you should see your temperature gauge go up past 90 degrees Celsius. When your car’s
radiator is only 1/2 full, it will probably overheat, and the car just
stops, and will not restart. Maybe the early models of 1999 didn’t have
this feature. The significant warning lights come on for a few seconds, when you first start your car.
