My 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 will not
connect to my Bluetooth phone. What should I do? I have tried to
connect my Bluetooth, the car finds my phone but it will not establish a
connection. I enter a code and after it tries to authorize it, it says unsuccessful.
Answer: Being that the car is a C300, the vehicle has Bluetooth capability in the COMMAND unit, so an extra Bluetooth module is unnecessary. It sounds like your phone’s software level isn’t compatible with
the vehicle’s requirement for integration. MB has a partner program
