How do you change the gear shift knob in
an 2009 Dodge Caliber? I tried to unscrew it but it is really hard and I
am afraid to break it. Am I missing something or should I keep trying?
Answer: The gearshift
knob or boot with a manual transmission is not removable. If the gear
shift knob or boot are damaged the gearshift mechanism will need to be
replaced.
