| Black 2001 Honda Passport Right Front |
The ABS light on the dash of my 2001 Honda Passport has been on for awhile. I tried disconnecting the battery but it still won’t go out. The brakes work fine, just want the light to go out. Any suggestions? The dealer wants $500 just to diagnose it.
Answer: Even though the
brakes work fine you could have a problem with the ABS system. you can
drive the car with out ABS, the brakes will work fine unless you seed to
stop suddenly then they can lock up, the ABS system prevents the brakes
from locking up.
