"1995 Hyundai Accent: Adding Anti Freeze In The Radiator"

Red 1995 Hyundai Accent Left Side View

I have a Hyundai Accent 1995, if I want to put anti freeze in reservoir bottle do I need to add to radiator as well?

Answer: Well, you seem to be confusing “coolant” with “antifreeze.” “Coolant” is supposed to be 50% antifreeze and 50% water. If you are low on coolant you may need to add it to both the “reservoir bottle” (I call it an overflow tank) and the radiator. Park your car on a level surface and after the engine hasn’t been running for 4-8 hours remove the radiator cap. If it is low you’ll see it immediately. (It should be right to the top.) Then add coolant.
