My 1999 Lexus rx 300 has abs acting up but it runs very well, will I pass emission test? Lexus says its the rear right speed sensor and the brakes gives out a groaning sound when engaged, aside that everything runs good. I use this car once in a week.

Answer: ABS has nothing to do with emission. If your state doesn’t require safety inspect it will pass smog.
