"Mazda b2200: Electronic Control Unit Problems"

Red 1993 Mazda b2200 Truck

I have problems with my Mazda b2200 truck standard with fuel injection. The truck hardly runs and we were told it was the ecu, problem is no one has the one we need. Would there be another ecu that would work?

Answer: Its ECU is plug and play so you can get a ECM from a same model, engine size and year. It will work. Or you can send the ECU out for rebuilt. I remember it costs around US$150 to rebuild it. Please search Mazda ECU rebuilt. You will find some place. There is one in Sacramento, CA I used to send ECU there for rebuilt.
