My 2001 Lexus RX does not have a GPS, and I was wondering if it is possible to have one added into the screen? I have seen others like this.

Answer: If your vehicle was not equipped from the factory it wont work. The after market ones listed by others above wont work either. The Radio, and heater controls are linked in the LCD screen that you have. Removing that to install a aftermarket one would eliminate the heater controls. Get a windshield mount GPS like Garmin, TomTom or Magellan and use that. It is much cheaper.
