My Chevrolet Uplander remote key doesn’t work despite changing batteries? Is it possible to use a generic car remote key instead? What do I have to do to get these to work with my car?
Answer: If you installed a new battery its really
easy. Point the remote toward the center of the dash. Push and hold the
lock and unlock buttons on the remote. This will take up to 15
seconds.When the doors lock and
unlock release the buttons. It’s that easy. This is called remote
resynchronizing and is necessary after all battery changes. Best of
