"Which Oil for Kia Picanto Car?"

My Kia Picanto car manual says I should use an engine oil of 5-30. No problem, I understand that. But what about synthetic, part synthetic or mineral oils ? Is that important? as there is nothing in the manual about that.

Answer: Fully synthetic is only for certain high performance sports cars. What you need is semi synthetic which is what most oils you’re gonna see on the shelf are. I don’t know of any relatively new cars using mineral oil.
