I have an Audi A4 1998 model and am having problems with the temperature? The temperature keeps rising but when I put on the air conditioner it goes back to 90 degrees. The oil keeps coming to the top of the radiator hence showing the head gasket is blown. that has been changed but the same problem arises.

Answer: You have a faulty or old cooling fan switch. If you DON’T change it, you will continue to overheat the engine. Earlier Audi’s need to have their temp sensors replaced more often.
