My Buick roadmaster 96 was making a clicking sound and then my rear
tire locked up? I was going about 55 miles when my rear tire locked up
on me.

Answer: I don’t think it’s a seized wheel bearing.
It sounds more like the rear brake shoe has locked up on you. Check the
brakes out. It is a common problem with brake shoes/pads that haven’t
been serviced correctly.
