Recently I hooked the batteries on my 1984 Chevrolet Motorhome up wrong. Now a wire got fried and we do not have any working lights unless it is plugged into an extension cord. When it just runs of the converter, no lights inside. Please help me here. Where can I find the wiring diagram for a 1984 Chevrolet Motorhome?
Answer: There should be a fuse between the battery and the converter you say “a wire got fried” if I can assume that means 1 wire I suspect you are referring to the fusible link which looks like a wire with a “fat spot”in it. You can buy a new fusible link at any auto parts
store (they are color coded) in the 80s they built RVs pretty much
amateur/drunk proof and the converter probably survived the screw up.
