Does anyone know how much price for an 1994 Chevrolet 1500 alternator? I need an alternator for my 1994 chevrolet 1500 4×4,it has the 5.7liter 350 motor.
Answer: You are talking about $115.00 for a reman. unit from Napa or Carquest. They are real easy to change on that model,
but unhook your battery first before attempting the change. you will
need to know the amperage of your old alternator to get a replacement
also. It will probably be 105 amps, thats the most common one. Also for
about $30-35 dollars, you should replace the belt also. Its serpentine and runs all the accessories, like power steering, air conditioner, and water pump.
