On my 1998 Mitsubishi Montero the brake light stays on and doesn’t want to go away, do I have something wrong with my ABS or brakes?
Answer: If you have a wheel cylinder leaking, that means that enough brake fluid has leaked out to make the fluid level in the master cylinder go low, and that will turn on the brake light. Check the fluid in the master cylinder, and get the leaking wheel cylinder fixed before it gives out entirely.
