How can I repair my 2000 Kia Sephia wipers? Recently my wipers stopped working on my car. I know its not the motor or the fuse because when I activate the wipers, I hear the motor working. I tried moving them manually and sometimes they catch and move an inch or so. Can anyone help?
Answer: Sound like it
probably is the motor. Chances are there is a gear stripped in the motor
and that is why you hear it running and when you try to move the wipers
manually they only catch for a second.
