I have an 2005 Mazda 3 and the windshield wiper on the driver side has stopped working? But the passenger side wiper works just fine whats wrong?
Answer: If you remove the plastic cover which houses the wiper mechanism you’ll see there is one motor that drives both wipers. The passenger
is driven directly and the driver side is connected by a rod to the
pivot point. You’ll find that this rod has become disconnected. You may
simply be able to reconnect the rod, or it may require replacement if
the socket on one end has broken.
