"The Electronic Control Unit Located on 1988 Mazda RX-7"

Where is my ecu located on 1988 Mazda RX-7? So I bought this Mazda RX-7 car, and it wont start but the previous owner told me it use to run but then he connected the battery back words. So I think it’s the ecu problem, any advice and where is the ecu located? Many thanks for the information.

Answer: Under the floor mat on the right side there is cover for the two ecu’s the right one is for the engine.
