How to fix windshield wiper fluid shooter on Dodge Neon 2000? My Windshield wipers work but the fluid doesn’t come out. Any suggestions?
Answer: There is a
small pump in the reservoir tank, you should be able to hear it running
with the engine off & the hood up. If it is running check for
ruptured lines or a plugged orifice near the windshield.
