How would I remove a 1988 Mercedes Benz 300SE wiper motor? Either just tell me, or link to a place where they explain it. Thanks in advance.

Answer: It’s been a while since I did one of these so excuse the odd mistake. If memory serves me you first have to remove the wiper arms at the 13mm nuts as they come though the trim under the front screen. This trim in turn is (I think) held on with clips to the secondary fire wall. Once that’s removed then the wiper motor and mechanism should be seen. You have to remove the whole of the unit to replace the motor so keep taking out all the 10mm nuts/bolts till its free. These should be obvious where they are. The one thing that I can be really sure of thou is the fact that it is very easy to clip the front screen at the bottom when trying to get at the motor so be careful. Although not the best guide to doing the job I hope that has helped. All the best.
