On my 2005 (new shape) Mercedes Vito van
111, ABS light and ASR light both came on at same time. How can I fix
this? Any ideas what caused this? How much do you think this will set me back? All my brake pads and discs are fine and so is the brake sensor cables.
Answer: If you did not
had any difficulty’s with braking or too fast triggering ABS than you
have problem with stop light switch which is located on the break pedal
itself. Cost is $25 for switch. Next cause could be speed sensors on the
wheels and much more, but for that I would advice you to take your car
on the diagnostic, because there is too many possibilities. Good luck
