I have a 1996 Mercedes-Benz C220 and
when i start the engine the SRS light comes on and the exclamation
orange looking light stays on too. I dont have a manual about this. So
what it does mean the SRS light comes on and the exclamation orange
looking light stays on?

: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). If the SRS indicator lamp stays
“on” there is a malfunction with seatbelt tensioners or airbags. In this
case you need to get the system checked in case your airbags trigger
unexpectedly or maybe not at all in an accident.
As for the orange exclamation light staying on, that means that there
is a traction control problem. This could mean that there could be a
problem with your ASR or ESP (Traction control systems).
