"1998 Audi A4 2.8: Radiator Loss Of Preassure"

Silver 1998 Audi A4 Right Side View

I’ve been told by a person that the reason why my water is reaching boiling point in my Audi a4 1998 2.8 is that there is a lost of pressure in the water tank or the radiator some where. And I wanna know if it’s the cause why my car is over heating? And if yes where do I look first?

Answer: You ever rod and core out the radiator? Do you see a red liquid inside it when you open the cap? Also if it’s more serious overheating it could be a worn head gasket not blocking out the water jackets in the engine block letting heat out. Do you have slight loss of power?
