| 1996 Nissan Altima Rear View |
My 1996 Nissan Altima is leaking on the
antifreeze. It is not blowing out white smoke, i checked the oil, no
bubbles, not milky, no green tent to it. The antifreeze does not leave a
puddle on the ground but i have to refill it about once a week. I never
see it drip anywhere and i don’t see it anywhere in the oil, and since
its not blowing any white smoke its not in the exhaust. Anyone have any
clue whats going on?
Answer: Well
antifreeze is going somewhere take a look underneath and see if there is
a weep hole on the bottom of the waterpump sometimes a bearing breaks
the seal and it leaks only when you build up pressure at higher speeds,
if this is the case the weep hole will be very clean compared to the
area around it.
