"Common Problems on 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor"

2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor

I’m curious, what’s next could be happen to my Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor. This 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor have 92K miles and I have a transmission manifold gasket leak vacuum sensor, and now I’ve got the master cylinder leak. I just want to know whether it is worthwhile to keep this car.

Answer: That transmission diagnostic plug leak is very common for the 722.6 auto transmission. Is it leaking from the vacuum line from the engine to the booster? Although not a common problem, I’ve seen a few of those hoses go. The good news is that both repairs are pretty easy and not too expensive.
About the only common problems on the 203 chassis: play in front suspension thrust and strut arms and bushings, as well as cracked/broken rear springs. Overall though, the 203 chassis is a reliable vehicle.
