2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor |
I’m curious, what’s next could be happen to my Mercedes Benz C230
Kompressor. This 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor have 92K miles and I
have a transmission manifold gasket leak vacuum sensor, and now I’ve got the master cylinder leak.
I just want to know whether it is worthwhile to keep this car.
Answer: That transmission diagnostic plug leak is very common for the 722.6 auto transmission. Is it leaking from the vacuum
line from the engine to the booster? Although not a common problem,
I’ve seen a few of those hoses go. The good news is that both repairs
are pretty easy and not too expensive.
About the only common problems on the 203 chassis: play in front suspension thrust and strut arms and bushings, as well as cracked/broken rear springs. Overall though, the 203 chassis is a reliable vehicle.
