I find the 4-matic on my 2001 E320 Mercedes Benz isn’t functioning properly when I drive on snow and ice this winter. The four-wheel drive does not work; only the two-wheel drive works. Any suggestion?
Answer: Looks like it will need a computer diagnostic to see why the system won’t engage. I’d suggest a MB specialty shop with a SDS diagnostic system so they can properly diagnose your car.
