Buick Century Rear Seat Belt |
American seat belt problem in a Buick Century. I am a very short person. I cannot seem to adjust the seat belt any way that does not leave it smack against my neck. Is there some sort of clip or adjustment that can be made to the seat belt that can make it comfortable for me?
Answer: There are seat belt pads that wrap around
the ‘problem area’ of the belt to cushion it. Some models have
adjustable belts where they attach to the B Pillar. A push button allows
them to slide up and down the pillar. Check your local auto parts
stores for more ideas. Good luck. I commend you on taking away someones
driving privileges. This sometimes creates hardships, but over time,
they accept this. When someone is not competent to drive, it is safer
for that person, and everyone else on the road, NOT to drive.
