What are the things to install for a Mazda 323 to boost to 15psi? What brand of turbo, waste gate, fuel pump, ecu, fuel regulator, injectors, inter cooler to be purchased?
Answer: I would very highly recommend joining a
Mazda forum, and going from there, after reading up on everything you
can about turbocharging a vehicle. There’s a lot more involved than you
might think, including proper ECU/fuel management (improper air/fuel
mixture can lead to detonation, and motor destruction) properly sized
fuel injectors, higher pressure fuel pump,
etc. Read up on how turbos work, and find a reputable Mazda forum,
because car manufacturers design their motors to different
specifications from one another, and therefore have different
tolerances, and power potentials.
